Glass-to-metal sealing
We specialize in a glass-to-metal sealing technology used to protect electronic systems at large depths and in extreme temperatures. Our technology guarantees hermetical seals as well as pressure and temperature barriers in vacuum or up to pressures of 14 000 bar/200 000 psi and temperatures from -100 to 650° C / -140 to 1 200° F.
We use metal and glass materials to manufacture matched or compression seals. The system depends on the thermal expansion of the selected materials. The metal pins work as conductors, and glass as an insulator.
We specialize in sealing glass and ceramics to titanium for products used in a growing number of applications in the oil industry, the renewables sector and in aerospace.
Physical vapro deposition
We also operate a thin film laboratory where we primarily add thin resistance bridges and protective layers for ignitor components.

Power systems
As part of our new developments, we have established a high voltage laboratory for testing and manufacturing of high voltage penetrators and connectors
